We talked with owner Thom Sueta (Pronounced Swe-tuh) about his upcoming new establishment SouthHouse — a “New American Pub” concept with executive chef Thomas Day. “What we’re planning is a blend of your neighborhood bars with some of the finer pieces of a gastropub” said Sueta when describing the experience at SouthHouse.
