Police need your help to catch the Grinch Who Stole Halloween

The Philadelphia Police Department have put together a little video package this Halloween.

As a resident of South Philly, you know there are few things as sacred as outdoor holiday decorations.

Although this time, it’s not teaching parents how to thoroughly inspect eat ¬†candy or proper safety precautions for trick-or-treating. It’s about finding justice for the people having their Halloween decorations lifted from the front of a house on the 1100 block of Fitzgerald St. in LoMo. You’ve got to see the video.
