Barbershop opening in former Hip & Thrifty location at 1810 E. Passyunk Ave.

The retail space at 1810 E. Passyunk Ave. has been empty since Hip & Thrifty, the women’s clothing and consignment shop, closed its doors back in January. Now a barbershop called Meister’s Barbershop is expected to open in the location in September.
