A seven-home development called Passyunk Point, which is replacing the demolished Mancini catering hall at 1840 S. Camac St., has gone on the market with pre-construction prices of $459,000 to $525,000.
Back in July 2013, here’s what we reported when developer Steven Savitz proposed the project to the East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association’s zoning committee:
Prices for the new houses haven’t been set yet, but Savitz predicted the range to be $325,000-$475,000.
Not too shabby, huh? In the meantime, we were able to get a hold of some renderings of the project.
