Prepared foods cafe slated for old Metro Men’s space at 1615 E. Passyunk Ave.

The storefront at 1615 E. Passyunk Ave. won’t be vacant for much longer. New tenants have leased the space and filed a use permit for a prepared foods shop. According to the landlord, the prepared foods shop in question will be a cafe, serving breakfast, lunch, brunch, and of course coffee.
