British bakery called Stargazy to open at 1838 E. Passyunk Ave.

In April, Ms. Goody Cupcake shop closed at 1838 E. Passyunk Ave. after three years in business. Now a different type of bakery is set to open in the location. A new spot called Stargazy will be bringing British specialties like meat pies, mash and eels to East Passyunk Avenue.
