City Eats is a new competitor to OpenTable owned by the Food Network that’s trying to make some inroads in Philly (they’re also the website that named us on of The Ten: On The Rise in Philly, thanks again). This incredible restaurant is worth going to at full price, but when you throw in $20 for nothing, that’s just icing on the cake. Tashan also has a very good happy hour, with half off all drinks and lounge food from 5-7. Thanks Drink Philly for the link.
