Does Capitolo, the park next to cheesesteak central, seems a bit leafier recently? As part of the Home Runs for Trees program, the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and the Phillies decided to plant one new tree in the city for each home run last season. Capitolo got the first 40 on Nov. 10, according to the South Philly Review.
