It’s got plenty of living space with 1,800 square feet, but the real highlight is this, from (couldn’t find the proper listing from realtor PruFoxRoach’s Haverford office):

Enjoy your nights with the gorgeous city skyline right in front of you on the fabulous rooftop deck that has water, electric and is wired for outdoor tv.

What do you do when it rains?

That sky is photoshopped, by the way. Listing has original picture with gray sky too
