Another new coffee shop coming to 10th and Carpenter

We’re hearing scuttlebutt about a new business at 10th and Carpenter in Bella Vista, where a series of coffee shops have closed in recent years.

It’s a coffee shop. Rumor has it that this one will have fair-sourced, organic coffee, but that’s about all the info we have on it.

10th and Carpenter

The spot has hosted a number of cafes, including Mazag, Filter and inFusion, but it’s sat empty for over a year. Located across from Bardascino Park on a mostly residential street, the space is perfect for local folk looking to sit out and enjoy a bev away from the weekend bustle of the Italian Market just a block away.

No licensing info is available yet and we don’t have an owner’s name. If any of you readers find out the scoop, send the owner our way! We’d love to hear what they’re planning.

Drop us a line at, with that info or anything else you might want to talk about. And thanks to one of our loyal readers who sent us this picture and tipped us off to this story.

I think the title of this post should be 10th & Carpenter?

It’s a shame that coffee shops can’t seem to sustain business in that location. I used to live around the corner when Infusion was there, and I actually went quite frequently. It’s such a plus to have a coffee shop right across from that little park, which also includes a bocce court. It’s a very small space, so having a place to sit and enjoy your drink / snack / etc outside is awesome. I hope the next person figures it out, although maybe it’s just not destined to be a place for coffee.
