SoPhilly Spotlight: The Trinity Edition

We have the opportunity to showcase something VERY special here: a trinity! Three rooms stacked on top of each other, a unique building style native to Philadelphia.  802 S. 6th #C is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house for $187,000.

This is very cute- but does anybody get any sunlight?

The listing says it was built in 1855. That’s pretty far back. This house would probably be perfect for someone 5’6″ and under. It also has central air, a gated courtyard, a fireplace and a rear patio.

Red counters are always fun.

If they’re calling this a “bedroom”, that’s a very loose interpretation.

Keep in mind that no bed bigger than a twin will fit up those stairs.

Love the beams!

I lived a couple doors down in an identical trinity a few years ago (last house on the right in the photo). I agree that this space is only suited for “smaller” people, however we did manage to get a full mattress up the winding stairs!
