The restaurant tsunami continues.
At the Passyunk Square Civic Association’s zoning committee next week, the new owner of 1535 S. 11th St. will present an application for a new restaurant. That’s the building we told you in March that was sold by owner in a matter of weeks.
According to a post on the PSCA’s website, the applicant wants a use variance for a “ground floor side yard addition and eat-in restaurant with apartment above.”
We’re short on further details, but we’ve put some feelers out to find out what we can and we’ll keep you posted.
