The building, 1200 Point Breeze Ave., previously housed the corner bar Munson Manor. It was recently renovated by developer and declared City Council candidate Ori Feibush, who’s been on a tear in that corner of Point Breeze lately.
In addition to the OCF coffee shop across the street, Feibush is also spearheading the renovation of another building at that corner to house a new business improvement district that will focus on Point Breeze Avenue.
He also has proposed a 50-home development a couple blocks away near 20th and Wharton. That would be the largest private development in Point Breeze in decades.
