Window AC unit in the second floor bedroom doesn’t instill confidence that the “Central air” actually works. But that’s par for the course with all of these rehabs…
the fan in the living room is another clue…

They got a lot of stuff packed into that tiny house.
It’s a lot of money for a two bedroom, one bath house. And the back yard is tiny. They could have put a powder room on the first floor when it was rehabbed. But the master bedroom is spacious.
