Joseph and Theresa Rimmer Scull, who own Los Camaradas Mexican restaurant at 22nd and Carpenter, have opened Teresa’s Mesa, a more casual concept that does not serve alcohol.  The restaurant opened on Thursday, November 10.

From The Insider:

Highlights of an informal tasting included the empanadas filled with beets, goat cheese, and Swiss chard (lots of color and texture in a nongreasy empanada); butternut squash guacamole (which balance sweetness paired with salty chips); and both the skirt steak tacos and coconut shrimp tacos.

The restaurant is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. through 9 p.m.
